It’s the Baptism of Our Lord, January 11, 2026

There was a sincere warm greetings from a lady member after the service and learned that praying for the sick ones staying at Faith House is a whole church thing.

After knowing all the patients and their cases, God suddenly opens my eyes and heart to see all of them are more in tremendous needs than I am and how much we all are in need of God’s mercy!

礼拜后，这个教会的一位老姊妹真诚热情的问候让我了解到他们为住在信心之家的病人代祷是38年来整个教会的事。

这些天当我逐渐得知信心之家所有病人的情况后，神突然开启我的心灵，让我看到他们的病况比我困难得太多了，也让我看到我们都多么需要神的怜悯！我也开始为他们每一位祷告🙏

Here is the prayer from a 84 years old lady in Shanghai:

Thank the Lord for guiding Papa Liu to two very responsible, skilled, and experienced surgeons to remove the part below the eyelid and the neck lymph nodes. Papa Liu needs to rest more, strengthen nutrition, and gather strength for the next sebaceous carcinoma removal surgery.

Almighty and loving Heavenly Father, I come to Your throne of grace with a sincere heart, praying fervently for Papa Liu, who is passionate, upright, and talented.

Lord, You are the God of healing; Your stripes bring us healing, and Your power is sufficient to dispel all diseases. Now as Papa Liu is about to undergo sebaceous tumor surgery, I pray that You will personally watch over and protect him, granting him peace and courage in his heart, removing anxiety and unease, and letting him know that You are always with him.

I also pray that You will guide the doctors and nurses on the surgical team, granting them wise judgment, steady hands, and careful minds, so that every operation is accurate and the surgery proceeds smoothly, avoiding all accidents and risks.

Lord, I pray that You will cover Papa Liu with Your precious blood, cleanse his body, and keep his vital signs stable, so that the surgery is a complete success and he recovers quickly, soon freed from pain and regaining health and vitality. May Your grace and peace surround him, and may he experience Your faithfulness and love more deeply in this journey.

I pray all this in the name of Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.

What a model prayer! She was the caregiver for her husband’s last five years and prayed all the time. A precious Sister in Christ!

感谢主的带领，将刘老师交托给兩位位非常负责任、有水平、经验丰富的外科医生來切除眼瞼以下部份還有颈部淋巴结。这几天刘老师要多多休息加强营养养精蓄锐，迎战下一步的皮脂腺瘤切除术。

满有慈爱与大能的天父上帝啊！我怀着虔诚的心来到您的施恩宝座前，为热情正直才华横溢的刘老师恳切祷告。
主啊，您是医治的神，您的鞭伤使我们得医治，您的大能足以驱散一切疾病的缠累。如今刘老师即将接受皮脂腺癌手术，求您亲自眷顾保守，赐他心灵的平安与勇气，除去他心中的焦虑与不安，让他深知您始终与他同在。也求您引导手术台前的医生护士等所有的医护人员，赐他们智慧的判断、稳健的双手与谨慎的心志，使每一个操作都精准无误，手术过程顺利无阻，避开一切意外与风险。
主啊，求您用您的宝血遮盖刘老师，洁净他的身体，保守他的身体状况安稳，让手术圆满成功，也使他术后恢复迅速，早日脱离病痛，重得健康与活力。愿您的恩典与平安时刻环绕他，让他在这段旅程中更深刻的经历主您的信实与慈爱。
